How can I upload my new webpages or edited pages?

You can upload your new/edited pages using your control panel

You just need to login to your cpanel and then goto the file manager >> public_html folder>> and then upload your files there.

Or by using various ftp client such as ws_ftp pro or cute_ftp or smart_ftp.
