PrimeXeon was formed in early 2007 by Ben Harris and Dan Smith, with the aim of providing high quality web hosting and domain registration to our local area of Cambridge. Since then, PrimeXeon has expanded to provide a wide range of services, including website development and management, custom web-based systems engineering, website marketing and IT support to customers worldwide.
In 2012 PrimeXeon became PrimeXeon Limited as we incorporated into a UK Limited Company, and became VAT registered. Whilst we continue to grow, we understand the importance of the personal touch and quick response from a smaller company is, and continually bear this in mind.
Meet the Team
| Ben Harris BSc (Hons) Co-founder and Technical Director My primary expertise lies in web application development using PHP, MySQL, Javascript, jQuery, HTML and CSS. I love a challenge and am a bit of a perfectionist. I really enjoy building systems on-top of the WordPress and CodeIgniter framework as it provides a fantastic stable platform for almost any kind of website. I’m also very passionate about developing strong bespoke infrastructures for complex websites using cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS). When I’m not working, I’m probably participating in one of my many hobbies:

| Dan Smith BSc (Hons) Co-founder and Operations Director My prime role is on front-end development of WordPress based systems using HTML, CSS and a little PHP and MySQL. I’ve been working on and developing websites since I was 12 years old! I really enjoy building E-commerce websites with the WooCommerce extension for WordPress as it is fantastically simple, yet powerful system without the bloat of many alternatives. On top of this, I also (somehow!) manage all of the company finances and day-to-day operations.When I’m not at PrimeXeon HQ you’ll probably find me:
